Dumbest. Military. Ever!

There is a good thing/bad thing perspective on putting the first minutes of a movie like this on YouTube for free. Good is that potential viewers can see what the film is going to be like. Bad is that potential viewers can see what the film is going to be like. :-)

So, honestly, these are troops from Area 51, which in this movie, like really all movies, really IS a place that keeps the most scary secrets of the country. Now, you would REALLY expect these personnel to be the elite of the elite, especially if they are transporting the most dangerous thing in the world.

But, they're instead a bunch of doofuses, yacking about mindless stuff, acting like the whole thing is just a joke. And, the zombie thing they are hauling is is a standard shipping container. So, the second a car hits it, it instantly springs right open, unleashing a creature that can destroy all humanity.

The lesson I took from this? This is going to be an IMPOSSIBLY stupid film that should be avoided like there is no tomorrow.

I agree with the movie being stupid.

But I'm gonna tell you from experience that the mindless yacking is about the most realistic part of the movie. On convoys, we tend to have a lot of stupid conversations. That doesn't mean our attention is not on the road or mission. The A Driver has a duty to keep the driver awake and alert.

You're right about the rest.

I was thinking that the Area 51 guys might be more frosty. And, I am thinking all of you would have something that could destroy all of human life in a slightly stronger container. :-)

Lol. That's fair.

If you get a chance, ask a guy who is/was in the military what he thinks of the phrase, "built military tough." It can get really funny. The stories of military equipment are legendary. Especially the gremlin stories of WWII.
