Does Gordon have a psychiatrist working with his crew?
A lot of these people need therapy for sure....

Something tells me there is no actual psychiatrist working with Ramsay, but who knows? Anything's possible. And you're absolutely right that a lot of these people need therapy!

Forget about the people on the show Gordon needs his own psychiatrist for having to deal with some of these nutjobs on a regular basis.

Psychiatry only works for people who are willing to take the steps necessary to change. I think a lot of these owners are just paying lip service for the sake of the show.
