Hi guys. Which episode is it when Ramsay runs the whole restaurant. He cooks and serves and basically does it all by himself when the staff arnt there ? I hope ive given enough info. I guess it could be UK but i think its USA. Thanks guys. 10 points for whoever can help.

In the UK Kitchen Nightmares, Ramsay ran a lunch service completely on his own at Piccolo Teatro. It was the vegetarian restaurant in Paris. In the US episodes, Ramsay did lunch services a couple of times, but had some of the staff helping. He, one waitress and the pizza cook ran a lunch service at Capri and in an earlier season, Ramsay did a lunch service at Bazzini with the owner's wife and the pastry chef. I could be wrong, but Piccolo Teatro is the only time I remember him doing everything himself.

It's such a great episode for all that's going on, but i really grow to hate the owner. She's a lazy spoiled brat. And as bad as that is, she doesn't care at all about her customers or her staff.
So glad Ramsay saw the talent and work ethic in the chef and found her another opportunity.
Also, even though i'm not a vegetarian, i would've loved the recipes for some of those dishes.
I really liked that restaurant (everything except the owner). Too bad the chef couldn't just have it and run it on her own.
