is this show for real?

well hello. i came here since after hearing the final season will be the 7 one, since ramsay quitted, and watching the numbers of this places that got shut down after the episode (more than one restaurant closed down while the recording of the episode was FINISHING) 63% of all the restaurants he visited closed down (in the UK version was that number or higher)
now, i am not an idiot, i know those restaurants where desesperated for help, they where in insane depths, they dont follow his advice once he leaves or undo all the changes he does, etc, etc.

now, why he or his producers choose this places? why the most hopeless? i am not refering to choose a restaurant that for example has awesome food, but it is a small restaurant and just needs a makeover (i saw in the UK version an episode like that and was kinda boring, he just needed to give aa a few tips and enhance the stablishment and nothing else to do)
but they choosed the worse ones. and many MANY owners complains that the changes made by ramsay was for the worst. before you say "yeah those are the ones that undo all that ramsay did and when they closed down, they took it upon ramsay" even successful ones do changes to their menu, etc. i think there is some shady bussiness on the show. i think the owners do the changes and sit trough the F-bombs of ramsay so he does a full makeover on the place. if once ramsay goes away they can sell them way higher that his real price because ramsay was there, makeover the place and give a 14-michelin star`s guaranteed menu.
i hope this is not the case, of just ramsay wanna be on TV and making trash-reality-tv-show.
he visited like 77 restaurants, and near 50 restaurants closed, more than one while finishing the filming of the episode, and a few, just a few weeks after.
if you want, here is the full history about that http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2674314/More-60-cent-Kitchen-Nightmares-restaurants-visited-Gordon-Ramsay-closed.html
tell me your thoughts? if this just an awful show that show us, "saint ramsay" helping out poor restaurants to keep working, or just a chef/bussiness men kinda like donald trump that can afford his own tv show, and for appearing on tv he chooses the worst of the worst for ratings and because it is dessesperated people?

It's a *television* show, made for entertainment. Period.

Not only that but your statement was so inconsistent and incoherent that it was tough to even follow your "reasoning" so that you can make your point. Do you know how much that man has going on? How many television shows he had other than just KN? There would be no reason for him to have any malicious intent with going to these places. Also, all of these restaurants send submission tapes where they may introduce themselves and staff, summarize their problems and plead for his help. I'm sure they go with the people that are most likely to provide "entertainment" with their freak outs and other things though. But bottom line is it is a television show.
