J Willy's, beard net but no hair nets?
I noticed one of the chef's had long hair....hanging down his back instead of in a hair net. Then I noticed another with a beard net on and same thing, his long hair not in a hair net. Yes, they are wearing hats, but I'd be concerned about their hanginf hair still landing in the food
