Went to the premiere of this tonight and it wasn't too bad. Bow Wow, Brandon T. Jackson, and the main girl (can't remember her name) were all there before it started. The movie really wasn't all that bad, I mean it wasn't great but there have been plenty worse this year. I'd give it a 5-5.5/10. If anybody wants to know anything about or something just let me know.

does jason weaver get alot of screen time?

He actually does, I was surprised. He kind of becomes part of Bow Wow's crew once everyone finds out he wins the lottery. He definitely has more screen time than Mike Epps even though Epps is credited higher.
