If by "black movie" you mean a movie with a predominantly African-American cast I would say that "Coming to America" is by FAR the funniest "black movie". Others for consideration are:

1. Which way is up

2. I'm Gonna Git You Sucka

3. Fear Of a Black Hat

4. Tales From the Hood (I know its not a comedy but anyone who has seen it knows it was ridiculously cheesey and funny)

5. Friday (the first one and the quintessential one)

Any other suggestions?

Friday is definitely my favorite, and it's the only Friday that's worth watching.

This movie wasn't nearly as bad as the trailer makes it seem, it's not great by any means but it's a pretty average comedy.
