I thought this movie would suck. I saw it for free with my family because I work at the movie theater. Much to my surprise, I laughed throughout the entire film. Also, the ending was great and inspirational. I think it was solidly written, had nice jokes, and wasn't at any point boring or contrived. It at LEAST deserves a 5.

The fact that (at the time of this post) Vampires Suck has a higher user rating shows how out of hand this voting-down system has become.

I agree, it deserves a half of a star, this movie was horrible, you must be easily tickled, i can't imagine what you could have been laughing at, everything was forced, no one was being naturally funny, if i was 6 and couldn't comprehend how everything was over-exaggerated to make me laugh, maybe, at some points i was waiting for the Queued laughs to click in (thinking this was a tacky Tyler Perry sitcom) with all the fake laughs queued in on everything.
