FLOPPED HARD, but actually still a great movie.
Yes, flawed, predictable, cliche (sort of)...but something about it i really respected. some of the acting was even amazing at times.
(watch when Bow Wow and Brandon T. Jackson argue...all i could think about is how Jackson will PROBABLY eventually earn a VERY dramatic role, and would pull it off well im sure!!!).

Bow Wow was even surprising. when i was younger he was at 2 concerts i went to, but always found him annoying. After Tokyo Drift i sorta liked him slightly..but after THIS, i look forward to his movies.

Ice Cube is way better than his last few movies like "Are We There (Done) Yet?" and those types.
He actually had ALMOST as good acting as Three Kings and Boyz N The Hood.

(also i gota say, the soundtrack was good...but the original score was sometimes moving and actually VERY chill...i sort of want to find the songs somehow, fit the movie well..not goofy either, more dramatic music).

i saw it today cause its the last day showing ANYWHERE around here (atleast in 100 miles). after only 1 week.
SO i reccomend seeing it while its out. Yes you could wait to rent it, but it actually fit a theater screen well...almost thought i would regret seeing it but loved it.
