sharethe actors had to learn how to play the instruments they used if they weren't already familar with them. I think she probably learned a few chords for appearance sake but didn't play what you hear

see, i know nothing about vanessa hudgens, except for the fact that she was in high school musical [obviously]...
but, you know, i actually play guitar and i can tell you for sure, they taught her how to play a G and a D. thats all.
she doesnt change chords, and they doesnt even showed her hands that part in that vid sa5ms mom was showing will.
vanessa cannot play guitar. she can only play one song, which was the one for bandslam.
