ALOT Better Than I Thought It'd Be!

I was on the fence about watching cause I mean when you think of Vanessa and Aly you immediately go to disney and music [or at least I did] So I wasn't expecting this well-developed plot with awesome dialogue, drama and comedy all throughout the movie. I felt like I got to know the characters which is something I rarely get to do cause these days characters get developed really poorly and you're left with too many questions. But this film does a good job of leaving you with little to figure out and question until your mind goes blank. Definitely worth watching :=) [And Now Me & My Best Friend Are Gonna Put Numbers In Our Facebook Names LOL]

I completely agree - i expected a happy little movie that wasn't too deep but a fun way to pass the time and i was blown away at how good it actually turned out to be.
I give it a 9/10

...and it saddens me.

I liked this movie more than I thought I would. The only thing I didn't like was that guy who played "Bug". His lips and mouth look way too creepy. But the movie was fine.

Definitely waaaaayy better than I thought it was! I loved it! Vanessa and Aly were great in it and not at all annoying, lol. Vanessa's character was funny!

I totally agree. I was expecting something passable but came away both amused and moved. Surprisingly authentic and very witty, one of the best coming of age stories I have seen in a while. I came away with new appreciation for Lisa Kudrow and Vanessa Hudgeons both, and I think the young male lead is a potential star.

I went into this movie expecting to hate it and instead loved it. I have been dragged to too many teen movies that were poorly done, and wasn't expecting much out of this one and was pleasantly surprised. The plot, the acting were excellent with witty dialogue and it was not formulaic. Wish Hollywood would do more movies like this directed at this age group.

I was pleasantly surprised too, I started watching it on tv because it had Vanessa hudgens and I was curious about her acting since she is doing more movies nowadays.
