Film might not hit 700 mil, and struggle to even reach 650 mil.

No profit movie.

That seems....overly pessimistic. I can see it landing around the 750 mark thanks to the foreign markets.

I was on the "it will reach 1 billion, it's Justice League after all" side. But looking at it now, it looks far and far away from it.

Since as of yesterday it is at 481 MM, I've got to think it can eek out 200 MM more before the Jedi destroys it....let's settle on maybe 700 MM, although your estimate is sadly more possible than mine now.

How can WB take the JUSTICE LEAGUE and continue to miss that cash cow??

it won't via theater release [380 mil x2 + all the money on marketing that no one knows how much it is]. They'll make the money back via their usual multiple cuts BR releases.

If one is smart, he can take a character nobody ever heard of before and make money . Like Deadpool. Who the F heard of Deadpool before last year ? Well, now thanks to a good movie we know Deadpool and people want more ( = more money)

On the other hand, if you are an idiot you can take the most famous characters (well, more than characters: these are ICONS) and lose money with them.

I know it sounds very difficult to do, and it is : but do not underestimate humanity's stupidity (especially when big money is at stakes : greed leads to hurry which leads to failure. Ah -ah ! Take that, Yoda ! This makes a lot more sense than the crap you told little Anakin, you and your "fear leads to anger" bullsh!t twisted his mind and now he is a Sith lord and you idiots are all dead, serves you right you prequel imbeciles).

Yeah I'm rambling but whatever, there is a lesson to be learned here : greedy idiots shouldn't make movies. This is the most spectacular cinematic fiasco ever. I've never seen so much incompetence at every level : and I though I had seen it all with the SW prequels....
