I wasn't convinced, it felt like i was watching a bunch of actors rather than a bunch of soldiers.

Sure the acting was bad. The story was lame. The morale was painted out in big letters. But this movie was a LOT better than much of the crap Uwe Boll has made. It was far from perfect, but it wasn't terriBOLL. he he got it
