This was an okay movie, very predictable though. But seriously, this is not even half as good as Rocky. Rocky had a lot more depth, you could empathize more with Rocky and the ending was just brilliant.
This movie was going all over the place with its storyline till Bale suddenly decides he is going to get off crack.
4/10.

Okey i understand most of the criticisms but Dickie didn't all of a sudden go off coke..
The guy was beyond a *beep* mess, his whole family were finished with him by that point. He's in jail watching a documentary about his failed life(which in his delusional mind, thought that it was for his big come-back), He saw his mom and son crying in the court house and he decided he should try and change his life around..
That's probably the best character arc in the whole film..so yeh..
