yep i was right 5.9 rating only???!!! wtf??? this is a classic horror film which succeeds on all quality levels

it's a cult classic horror film with an amazing pedigree in every department: acting, directing, pacing, atmosphere, story, character development, character motivations, realism, and overall entertainment value. this is a 4/5 star film and an 8/10 star film.

I agree. I go back to this one (like right now) when I see it listed. I came for Jena Malone and stayed for the movie.

It's a pretty good little horror movie. Much better than the 5.9 imdb rating would make you believe. I'd give it a 7/10
