Hi all, first time posting on the boards. My favourite genres are basically anything zombie/apocalypse/survival related. And I really enjoyed The Ruins! Not the best movie ever of course, but I liked the concept. I like the jungle and the "unknown" theme, as opposed to the standard "oh no people are eating each other and now we must split up in a basement etc" theme. Can anyone recommend similar more "wild" movies?

I've seen all the "People who liked this also liked" on IMDB, and I also saw another movie (which I can not remember the name of...!) but basically, rabid disease strikes in jungle, young group go crazy, and then there's this weird bit at the end with a claustrophobic girl in a cave with a giant squid (insert Hentai joke here).

Any recommendations welcome, I enjoy bad movies almost as much as the good ones! ^_^

The Descent is a fabulous movie! Wonderfully claustrophobic. I wasn't able to get into the sequel, but I think that's because I love where the original ends.
