There would not be a way to fake the repo. When he repo'ed the spine at the base there is a bar code on it. It would be difficult to fake the repo with the bar code. It also appeared that the repo man had to return the organ to Geneco.

Well it is simple, HELL NO! In order to be a Repo Man/Woman you would have to have some damn good fighting/killing skills. Which would make you a walking army, look at the end of the movie with Nathan. So I honestly think that if you turned on Rotti you could kill him and the two winches before anyone would notice. Then walk out and hide your family.
