'90 days of liquid gets you Repo treatment'
I never understood this line, can someone explain it to me? Cheers :)

The lyric actually reads "90 days delinquent gets you repo treatment." The DVD subtitles (if that's what you're reading) were sloppily done, unfortunately.
Basically, fail to pay the debt in 90 days, the Repo man takes your organ.
