Nathan had agreed to save Mag and Shiloh had stayed at home rather than going to the Opera?

Hard to say. Assuming Rotti were to die of his illness in that time like he did in the movie, it would depend on what the other Largos were to do.

Yeah the Largo kids are unpredictable.
I don't think Amber would want her dead. And Amber took control of GeneCo. So she might be safe.

I don't think Mag would of missed the concert for her fans, and Nathan would of had to went to protect her. Shiloh would go to protect Mag because she didn't know her dad was Repo.

I don't think Nathan would of talked Mag into staying at his house because it would put more danger to Shiloh. Even if he did then odds are they would of sent an army to kill off Mag and Nathan and kidnap Shiloh.

In the end I think the same would of happened.
