Any other films with the comic style and creepy plot maybe?

Well I love films like this so the plot was enough for me even though I'm not a fan of Paris Hilton. I've seen a lot of lionsgate films, their most famous specifically (saw, hostel, crank) but it's been a while since I saw one with an awesome style like this.

I especially LOVED the opening and the way it's done like a comic (reminds me of sin city, or kill bill i believe also had some comic styled scenes? unless im thinking of something else). So yeah I was wondering if there's other films like this, because I really loved the way they summarised it at the beginning.

I'm into dark plots, I'm fascinated by killers like Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper (but I've seen sweeney todd and from hell, johnny depp sure knows how to make a dark story cool ;) ) and this kind of plot is also really cool. I like gory stuff, but I'm not a fan of zombies or vampires. As odd as this may sound I don't find zombies or vampires realistic enough, even though the chance of an organ failure epidemic is...well none.

are you just looking for mass murder creepy plots, or just creepy plots? Rocky Horror picture show is good, Little Shop of Horrors is more campy then creepy.

since you're clearly a Johnny Depp fan, have you seen Sleepy Hollow?
Watchmen is also a big one for the comic/gore/dark element, especially if you like Sin City and Kill Bill.
V for Vendetta, of course for the same reasons...
A Clockwork Orange might be one too. It's got that quirk factor and it's creepy for different reasons but still, a huge wtf? factor...

what are more of your favourite dark films? I'm a huge fan of those types of films too but don't always have time to watch!

RED! The blood of angry men
BLACK! The dark of ages past!

Sweeney Todd

Well there is Tank Girl

Which is adapted from a comic and uses a lot of comic art in the intro and throughout the movie. It's not dark but it does have some bizarre, surreal, strange stuff. It's goofy and definitely has it's flaws but I enjoy it. Not sure it has the right tone for what you're looking for though.

Have you seen Unbreakable?

If I remember correctly that movie uses this device also and that one is on the darker side with a nice distinct style.
