Anyone else have this problem with your DVD?

I bought the DVD about a year or two ago and finally sat down to watch it tonight.

While watching I noticed a problem. The background music doesn't play during any of the songs. It's just the actors singing, all though they're doing it acapella. It really disappointed me and completely took me out of the movie.

Has anyone else had problems like this with their DVD copies?

My DVD doesn't do that. It plays background music and everything.

Sounds like you have a speaker out. Try going to the DVD audio settings and setting it to mono.
