Can anyone tell me the country/area location of the cliffside road which is toward the end of the film when the guys from the bank visit the Calvini brothers?

Lake Garda, Italy (same as the car chase location at the beginning of Quantum of Solace).

The building was composited in. It can be found in Wolfsburg Germany. It's the Phaeno Science Center by Zaha Hadid
