Slumped

Such a pity. This film began as an excellent thriller, then after the incredible cinematic feast of the Guggenheim shootout the film just slumped into a complete incomprehensible mess. Watt's character was unnecessary and had no real conclusion, the story just fell flat with little sense to be made of it, it ended up like a 2nd rate James Bond film.

Such a pain though, considering how fantastic I thought the first 2/3rds of it were!

I have to agree with this. It did seem like the last 3/4's of the movie went by very slow and was hard to understand.
