The view from the drivers window on the sequences set on the train cab was of a single track line. Is the Oslo-Bergen line only single track?
Perhaps it was filmed on that stretch of line as it is more spectaular with many bridges or the rail company only allowed the film crew to shoot on a less used single track line?
I imagine it might actually be single track. I have never taken the train to Bergen (from my native Oslo) but we certainly have single track railroads here and there

We have single track lines in Britain but it usually to save money and the line invariably used to be double track. Surely the Oslo-Bergen high speed train would be a principal route? Also single track means the frequency of departure is limited as the train has to get from Oslo to Bergen and back before the next departure.
Is it only a few trains a day? I could look it up on the web.
