Told She Was Queen

I always understood that the teenage Victoria wasn't a strong girl, physically or in character and she was told William IV was dead and now she would be Queen, she started to cry with the enormity of her position and replied something like "I promise I'll be good"

In the film, she comes across more like the young Queen Elizabeth I, in control and strong-willed.

Any thoughts ?

Well I think both had many things in Comun but Victoria was sweeter and more naive, at the Begining Elizabteh was sweet too but as time went by she lost it and became colder meanwhile seems like she kept her nice personality her whole Regin till Albert died.

It's funny in one of the scenes Melbourne tells Victoria about the possibility of not getting married and said Elizabeth did pretty well with a housband and asked her how familiarized she was with the old times monarchs and replied that they scared her.

But like I said before they had so many things in Comun.

Both became Queens too young and it's funny that in both Biopics there is scene where they doubt of their capacities as a ruler.

Elizabeth when she gets attacked by the French and Victoria when the people is out of her palace screaming and invading the Palace.

Both ladies were Close friends with thier head advisor
Elizabeth with Wallsinham and Victoria with Melbourne, Wallsinham was better in my opinion but that's a whole diferent story

Sarizona, what movie were you watching? Melbourne never asked her how she felt about the monarchs of old to which she replied they scare her! This exchange never happened in this film
