The 'song' over the end credits.


Wholly inappropriate for a costume picture. What is the point of being historically accurate with costumes, hairstyles, choreography, etc. if you are going to ruin it with a piece of modern music, especially such a wretched choice(Sinead O'Connor???)? The director should have been told to change it. It made me cringe just like Marie Antoinette did.

Otherwise, the film was a very pretty piece of historical(semi)fiction.

I thought it was fantastic. I also thought Marie Antoinette's soundtrack was fantastic.

It doesn't have to be period-correct... that isn't the point. The point is to have music that fits the emotional themes of the film.
