So Sick and Tired of eveyone rubbishing Series 4

Especially most of Digital Spy in the main thread for it.

I will admit that Geoff Hutchings and Johnny Vegas are missed, the former due to circumstances beyond. But hasn't anybody heard of the old adage "The show must go on"?. I will admit last week's wasn't a patch on the last few Series openers but it was still funny enough, IMO.

It's not like "My Family" which has long since "jumped the shark" and even the principal actors have admitted boredom but the BBC keep renewing it.. Benidorm is still relatively young as a show and could probably have at least one more series.

I think it's crying out for the missing cast members.I just don't care whether I watch it or not after looking at the second episode sadly.

true, i gave it a chance and i really didnt have a good real laugh like previous seasons. even the garveys attempts at comedy seemed scripted and wooden.
madge was way off key, must have been poor writing.
don and jaq, wtf? they were completely different characters in this season, completely boring.
janeys one liner scouse cracks stank.

i didnt miss old characters, i missed the ones we had on screen!
