are so true to life - its the sight of repulsive British people in swimwear toasting themselves to death - that makes me not want to go abroad.
We should just accept we live in a northern climate, dont get enough exercise and dont look good in swimwear - and dress accordingly.
Haha, true, but surely there's got to be somewhere that British people can congregate to get some proper sun, whilst surrounded by similar-looking people?
I know what you mean about not wanting to go abroad though. I'm British and as pale as anything; went to Italy a couple of years ago and felt really stupid sitting on the beach surrounded by incredibly tanned people that I'm sure were all looking at me... Yeah, maybe we should just all accept that we should stay up here hiding in our rainclouds!
The only people even remotely realistic are the Garvey's, except Madge. Everyone else is a stereotype or caricature.
