I was wondering if the workbench is a real hardware store? I thought it was made up for the show, but I saw an episode of Eli Stone and one of the characters worked at the workbench. I wondered if there was an actual chain or some connection between the shows

shareActually, the bigger connection has to do with co-creators of both shows. Marc Guggenheim was the co-creator of Eli Stone. Tara Butters was the co-creator of Reaper. They are married.
Both shows happen to be productions of ABC studios. Small world, isn't it?
I just figured the Workbench was a ripoff of Home Depot. They both look quite similar.
