Did anyone else think 'Men in Tights' was way better?

Or is it just me?

Dark? You don't know dark. Let me tell you more dark sh*t from Animorphs.

I see so few points of comparison between the two I would be at a loss to say which is a better movie. Men in Tights is a fun comedy, especially if you like Mel Brooks. This Robin Hood is a fun adventure flick, especially if you like medieval flicks.

Well they have the same score on here.

According to the trivia Robin Hood: Men in Tights was the only Robin Hood film that Ridley Scott thought was any good.

He must be well chuffed to have matched it's IMDB score of 6.7.

Prince of Thieves on the other hand got 6.9. So Ridley can got scr*w himself.

I haven't seen the 2010 version yet but all I want to know is if it opens with archers shooting fire arrows at a humble village.

"Leave us alone, Mel Brooks!"

reply

No: but it has turned the ancient and important town of Nottingham into a humble village.
