if current top of the range pc's are struggling to run this beast, then i would doubt there will be a console version, perhaps if it is optimised (read lower gfx etc) then perhaps possible

There is a bigger chance that 360 will handle it then PS3
Choice of doing ten years, or taking out some stupid mother *beep* it ain't no choice at all...
And of course one has to bear in mind that if they brought this out on a console they would probably rape it like they did far cry. "Crysis Instincts Predator: The crap edition." is what they'd call it.
"I am the kind of man who runs, you will observe, not the type who wakes up in parks."
You don't know what you are talking about, PS3 is 10 Cores, it's way better than an Xbox, and it's stronger than any gaming computer available, just take a look at Folding@home
Everything is made to be perfect.

Playstation 3:
Memory; 256MB XDR Main RAM,
Graphics Card: 533 mhz RSX 256MB GDDR3 VRAM
CPU: 2.4 Ghz DUAL core IBM Cell Processor
My pc:
Memory: 4096MB DDR3 Main RAM(not xdr which is almost ddr2 equivalent)
Graphics Card: 1600 mhz total, 2048mb total GDDR3 (2 ATi Radeon HD 3870's in crossfire)
CPU: Intel Q6700 2.4 ghz QUAD core
Apparantly, you don't know what you're talking about; my pc is equal to EIGHT ps3's but I hand built it. Dell, however, still produces XPS's that are two times as better as a PS3. Apparently, you haven't experienced the power of Directx 10 - keep fooling yourself young man!
learn2 cell processor. kkthxbai

What you pay is what you get... Granded a modern top-of-the-line PC is more powerful than a PS3, but how much will you pay for it?
What always matters is how much you're willing to spend, thats all.
