Are my specs good enough?

Vista
4gb ram
Nividia GeForce 7600 Gt
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz

What if I were to get another 7600, would 2 help

I have 2GB ram, Dual Core processor at 2.0GHz, and a pretty mediocre graphics card, and I could still run this fine on medium settings. You should be fine mate.

Which Vista do you have? Home Basic, Home Premium, or Ultimate? Home Basic sucks.

How fast is your memory? It must be at least DDR2 800 mhz.

7600GT is good for low settings. If you play with patch 1.2 and 1.21 (suggested) the frame rate might be unbearable. I wouldn't get a second, is your motherboard SLI? Just get another GPU. I use an 8500GT/512 until the 9900GTX comes out. I use that card, a Core 2 DUO at 3.0 ghz, 4 GB RAM (800 mhz DDR2), and Vista Home Premium 32 bit and I still can't run even medium shaders and low shadows at an 800 X 600 resolution, which is the lowest.

If you want a new cheap GPU get the most expensive 8600GTS/512 you can find. DON'T BUY A 1 GB CARD UNLESS ITS A 9800GX2! For now, until the 9900GTX comes out.

I don't know how fast my memory is, but this game still plays pretty smooth at high settings and I have only 2GB of ram.

The most affordable graphics cards that can run Crysis are the Radeon HD 4850 and the 4870 (around $200 max). If you can get the 4870 with 1 GB of RAM, you should be fine with Crysis. I have a 4850 and it works well.
