What was Costner thinking....?

Jeeeez...I am 30 min into the film now and got on IMDB to see if there are any good reviews and that it is only me who missed the excelence in this film.

Sadly enough I am not....

What was Costner thinking when reading this script? How on Earth could he decide to do this movie? Is he in money trouble and did he accept because it will replenissh his bank-account? Or is he doing a friend a favour?

Anyways it is very disappointing that Costner got involved and put his name on the cover of this movie. It is time that Costner will make a block-buster because he is a talented actor. maybe he should do a movie in which he acts with the likes of Pacino, DeNero or some other great established actor.

It's funny, everyone has their own opinion about him as an actor. Personally, I never enjoyed his movies and always thought his acting was forced.
As he gets older I'm liking the direction he's going in for example: this movie and also "Mr. Brooks".
