A non idiotic typical hollywood movie for american rednecks. Kevin Costner actually starrs in an good movie. But probably you americans watching this one will probably be bored since it's not dumbed down.

I'm proud to be an American AND eager to see this film. I don't really get the "dumbed down". I just know I'm a KC fan all the way and I'm eager to see this movie.

Well Citi "dumbed down" means it's usually trash like most of you americans watch all day. And usually your hollywood movies are just that dumbed down to please the ignorant crowd of USA :).....There did you understand that?

Really enjoyed this film. I thought K.C. played his role perfectly and the kids were phenomenal. There are so many great Hollywood movies and a lot of bad ones just as there is the same ratio with European movies (believe me, I've seen some real stinkers). From the last few responses I'd say you were a 17 year old impetuous (impulsive-I wanted to dumb it down for ya)child of Urp - that's what we Redneck 'Mericans call Europe. Plus you still use the word "retards"?!! Please evolve and stop embarrasing yourself. Retards is the incredibly dumbed down version of intellectually disabled. Grow up and please shut up!

Exactly, you made this thread for the sole purpose of belittling Americans and then edited your post when you were proven to be the one who was in fact wrong and dumb. It's just sad that people do this *beep* you don't see me going around saying europeans suck... just because you may or may not have seen some people do it, doesn't give you the right to do it as well...

BTW, even after editing, your original post still doesn't fit and you failed yet again at insulting both Hollywood, and Americans.

Americans are not dumb in any way, shape, or form. We're a mighty country, and we wave our flag proudly. Maybe, you, OP, are ashamed of the "dumbed down", yes, I understand now, stuff that runs out of your country like it's diahhrea. At any rate, do not put down our movie industry. I loved this movie and Kevin Costner IS my favorite actor of all time.
