Lemme rephrase...
I saw a dramatized scene where a cat was pretend slaughtered and even though it wasn't real, I still had trouble viewing the acting.

It didn't show anything except the remains. Why don't you pick on that lousy Godfather movie that DID use a real horse head in the movie...freshly killed at a lousy slaughterhouse. Poor animal.
sharei was half-watching the movie,when he saw the cat,i didnt see that it was a cat until i came here,
i just saw "something" and knew that it was a "dead animal shock effect"..
i hate stuff like this.its so unnessecary
When I saw the daughter carrying a carrier I ALMOST switched it off then and there, because it irks me that the only people in movies who have pets are horror film characters, and the entire reason for that creature's existence is to be dismembered in the first ten minutes. Every damn time. The dog in The Conjuring. The rabbit in Fatal Attraction. (Tellingly, the only scene anyone remembers.....)
