A perfect example of why every MNS movie is enjoyable

Sure, this movie is full of flaws.
There's a lot of awful acting. I can't take Wahlberg or especially Leguizamo seriously as teachers.
It feels like it only fulfilled a fraction of it's huge potential. Etc.

And yet I enjoyed watching it.
Because MNS movies always have an interesting plot, a thought-provoking mystery, a compelling start that makes you want to finish the movie.

As I'm writing this, I realized he also did After Earth.
Yeah, that would be the only exception. I quit watching after 20 minutes because I cant stand the Smiths anymore. But I'm sure even After Earth would've been an enjoyable flick if the roles were given to anyone outside that weirdo family.
