Are there any books that continue the story?

I learned of this show, for the first time, about a year ago. I watched all of the episodes. I'm re-watching them again. I am totally blown away; what an awesome show! I'm so disappointed that back in 2007 I wasn't even aware of Journeyman being around. And I am surprised the NBC canceled it.

But enough time has gone on that I'm sure it won't come back. I'd like to know if any of the writers of the show went ahead and published more stories, which weren't made in the series? Are they any books that carry on the series? I'm guessing there may be some fan literature, which might be fun to read, but I'd love to know what the original writers had in mind; where they hoped to go with it, etc.

Sadly, no. But, I found a great article online with Kevin Falls (the creator of "Journeyman") explaining where he intended to go had the show been picked up. It's some fascinating material, and I hope you enjoy it if you ever happen to read this post. Enjoy!

Finally had time to read this. Excellent! How I wish Journeyman had continued, at least for 2 more years.

Yeah. I recently tweeted to Kevin McKidd about "Journeyman" having finished its run five years ago yesterday and if he missed it, and he retweeted it to his followers. :)

I can't believe it's been five years since the show ended. Journeyman was my favorite show back then. It would have been cancelled by NBC earlier had it not been for the writers strike. Thankfully, Kevin Falls was able to conclude the series, though this was definitely not what he wanted. Does anyone know what Kevin Falls is up to now?

I have noticed that whenever a TV series requires thought, development of characters and a story they usually do not last beyond a season or two. It's very sad.
