Thank you! I am so glad that I'm not the only one that gets that there are blacks, and there are those that we can't speak of anymore because they created this organization to waste time running down people who merely use a derogatory word. BRAVO!!!

because the n word is not a racial slur it was co-opted as a racial slur with white racists in the 19th century. It originally was meant as an insult towards anyone no matter what their race or ethnicity was.

The word *beep* was derived from the German word "nagger" meaning plowman, someone who has to drive all the animals down the field on a farm. It wasn't meant towards plowmen of any particular race, it was just frequently used during the slave trade since slaves were predominantly bought from Africa. Also, the term *beep* has nothing to do with the word 'negro' in its meaning any more than the word 'axe' has to do with the word 'ask'.

Except that this page is total bullshit! There is no word "Nagger" in the German language. There is the word "Egger", which means plowman, but it is someone plowing the earth. It has nothing to do with *N*, which derives from the latin word niger, meaning black.

Honestly, if Chris dropped the big N on Abel, I'm guessing he would just give that foreboding smile and then laugh. I doubt it would affect him very much. Talking about his wife affected him much more. Abel said it himself: "Don't worry. I've heard n--gger jokes before."
