Thinking of re-watching Source Code. Which one do you enjoyed most? Very similar movies, I've watched Edge of Tomorrow yesterday and It was really great.
Source Code. EOT was alright; but I wouldn't want to see it a second time.

Source Code is quite easily better.
shareYes, the idea behind this film and Edge of Tomorrow were very similar. Colter, just like the Tom Cruise character in the other film, was sent back time and again to reenact the same scene and "die", in order to gain some crucial information or "knowledge". Both films were okay but neither was particularly good. Much of both films consisted of the main character replaying basically the same scene again and again, though every time there were variations with the main character "improving" on what he did earlier. Other than these and the source code and alternative universe mumbo jumbo, they were basically repeating the same scene and that got a bit boring pretty soon.
shareSource Code ; hands down. while Edge of Tomorrow is solid i prefer Source Code noticeably more (as you can see below) as it's more acting/thinking based where as Edge of Tomorrow is more action based.
also, i have seen Edge of Tomorrow twice so far where as i have seen Source Code at least three times (maybe four times) now.
The only movies i gave a 7/10 or higher to for 2014...

I like "Edge of Tomorrow" slightly better. Both movies are actually good watches. Beyond the looping they are actually about different subjects.
sharePeople need to get off the drugs. In no way is this better than Edge of Tomorrow. I'd watch EOT in 3D any day over SC. It's not even close. But then if you ask the question on the SC message board, you're going to get a biased response.
