Anyone else catch the differences in Derek Frost's driver's license?

Just watched this again today for the umpteenth time and noticed something I hadn't before: Frost's license is different in Coulter's own timeline.

During the sequence when Coulter follows Frost to his van, he looks at his driver's license. On it, Frost's birth year is 1982, has blue eyes, is 6'1", 185 pounds (if I remember correctly) and his license expires in 2014.

After Coulter is killed by Frost and reports the information to Goodwin and Rutledge, they bring Frost's license up on their monitor. It looks almost the same but his birth year is 1983, he has grey eyes, is 5'11, 178 pounds (his face looks slightly thinner in the photo) and his license expires in 2013.

Has anyone else noticed this? I guess it could mean that there are slight differences within the alternate realities, kinda like how Coulter says "It's the same, but different".
