shareWon't happen - too much $$$ involved...
sharehehe that would be funny... Not even if it happens, cause it wont, but if it gained enough traction/signatures to be talked about in various media and force the Dumb and Dumber duo to response begrudgingly.
Lets face them with their complete and utter incompetence, blasting their egos and conviction they actually made a good season. Its reason enough to sign,
lets take em down a notch :)
As if that would save it. The show started to bring down the story a few seasons before.
You are better off hoping that GRRM actually finished the books already and they are just held back for the sake of not interferring with the show. Ever reading the final books would be the only thing that could give us a proper ending.
Oh well.
Probably there will be a »reboot« anyway in five to ten years. I mean, that’s how they handle things these days: When they run out of ideas, they reboot something that has been a success before. The bad news is, usually they make it worse.
This! And we all know it will happen! It will get a reboot in some form or another.
shareQuick: name me the last time you saw HBO reboot anything?!
Yeah, I thought so. “We” don’t “all” know it will happen.
We do though....all you need to do is look at Hollywood's output in the last 10 years. It will. I'll come back and remind you when it happens.
shareHBO will be airing a two hour "Deadwood" film that picks up ten years after the series. If it is well received, there's talk of another one in the making. So anything is possible.
shareWhat's up with the fans and haters with remakes? why do they want a remake of there favorite TV shows and movies? First "The Last Jedi" and now this.
Give them your email and your inbox gonna look like Hardhome
shareAs far as I'm concerned it's unrepairable damage. What's done is done and no reboot or remake is going to bring the joy of me seeing all of this stuff for the first time, back, or the actors and actresses that we've invested our time in.
shareYeah. I think it's more a message to D&D than anything. 500K already heh.
