Cersei and Jaime (spoilers)
I first thought having rubble fall on them and crush/bury them was a lousy way to kill off Cersei (and Jaime), but is this like poetic justice for what she did with the Great Sept of Baelor in S6 finale, burying/crushing all the people inside by blowing it up?
Not trying to rationalize what could be inept writing, but I thought her death would be more personal, by a specific person (not Arya tho, who's already had her moment with the NK) - like Jaime or Tyrion or Euron or Dany or even Greyworm (at Dany's behest). Hell, maybe even by the Mountain or Ellaria as a long shot.
She was the main villain from S1E1 (NK excepted), so her death seemed too impersonal and poorly executed IMO.
