see the future why isn't he giving any council? Is it that part of being the 3-eyed raven requires him to only see what will happen and not interfere?

If my little brother knew everything id sit on him and punch his belly til he talked...but i guess its like Back to the Future or smthg...the guy that knows everything cant mess with current events..?
I'm not sure if he can actually see the future or just the past/present. Either way, he should definitely tell people the useful things that he sees instead of just sitting around like a cold statue and acting creepy.
Besides, the future is a fickle thing. Some Seers refuse to say anything about what might happen, while others are constantly bemoaning doom, and a handful do say whatever they see when they see it but it sounds like nonsense.
I wondered whether he could see the future or whether it was just the past too... Either way, I think he doesn't really care, he said he knows what it was like to be Bran, but he isn't anymore, so who is to say he would have the same allegiances (or any).
