It wasn't that difficult to figure out being as they caught the guy who did it and everything her and Raffaele were arrested for turned out to be mistaken, irrelevant or bogus. That the prosecutor was able to convince some that they were still involved on the basis of another set of dubious evidential claims is a testament to the gullibility of humankind and the corruption inherent in the Italian justice system which serves Italy poorly.
