I still exist as a spirit, but could not take on material form (Fatness) ever again.
It was a painful & grueling process to return to a form that's more than human stature yet my spirit arose out of the deep and passed as a shadow and a black wind (like Melisandre's fart/Stannis's bastard son) over the sea and came back more powerful than ever. (not really)
