So she was trained as a child till what age 9-10? then went to America and waited 20 years to suddenly be triggered and remember everything she had to do and how to kill the Russian president and even remembered where to meet Orlov after she escaped the cops!?

She did a flashback towards that time, yes, also she was browbeated into this right before being released as prisoner. So apparently her training or interrogation stuck until there.
