Maybe I missed something here, but when Bryan contacts his friend to analyse the voice reocrding "good luck" how did he find out that it was a guy called Marco, that voice could've been anybody really.
This isn't specifically explained but intelligence agencies all over the world hold profiles of suspected big time criminals. The profiles include all known activities, pictures and recordings made of the individual through phone tapping or bugging. Voice recognition software has been around for years it's not that hard. A voice isn't quite a fingerprint but even in the case of a partial match an analyst will take other information into consideration for example in this case accents, dialects and Marko's position as a known mob boss having moved to Paris. And to be fair Sam does say 'if he's the one, he's a big fish'.
I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time Del Boy, it's them that started me drinking!
His contact knew the dialect and accent, maybe the tattoo.
After learning of the location of the house (from the girl he rescued who had his daughters coat) he then pretends to be a corrupt policeman and enters the house, he asks the person matching the description his daughter gave to read out a note written in Marcos language.
...Based on their accents and dialects, they must be from a town called Tropoja. The place is ground zero for scummers like this, even the Russians give these guys a wide berth. Uh, the one you spoke to, his name is Marko and we have information that a mobster boss by the name of Marko Hoxha moved to Paris about six months ago. If he's the one, he's a big fish. And, uh, the tattoo by the way is group ID...
Bryan knew the name and the tattoo before he even left the States. Not very observant are you?

I found that part a stretch tbh. I get that they can narrow it down to a certain region of Albania but even then its a needle in a haystack. And they would have to have a huge database of voice profiles which I don't think they have.
Well you may have a point since Jean Claude mentions there are now hundreds of them. However if he's one of the original operators and a the big fish it's not such a stretch to believe he had been surveilled and profiled including voice recordings. The voice recognition software wouldn't have been a 100% match but taking the dialects and his known association with the sex traffic trade would have filled in the blanks.
The thing is its one thing to have a bunch of voice profiles but to match someone's voice from a couple of words without any doubt of it being someone else. I don't think that level of tech exists.
