WHy wasn't he arrested in France??

I mean this question has probalby been brought up before, I mean this guy just went around France, threatened a governmental official and shot his wife, killing countless people, disobeying countless laws in France, shouldn't him at least be imprisioned, instead he just takes the plane and flies right back and no one notices his face, right....

The French officials are all bent! You think they're going to expose themselves to scrutiny because a former CIA guy killed Eastern European scum?

Hey! You're not old enough to drink! Now go and die for your country!!!

It's just a typical hollywood revenge popcorn flick; You can't apply real life scenarios to these kind of movies. Sometimes people go to movies to escape from reality, and people are fine with these kind of plots as long as there is a certain level of suspension of disbelief.
I get your point about the ending though.

how's this Hollywood?

It's an English-language French film.

I was under the impression that the new Father in law smuggled Mills home via his airline connections. They should have expanded on that more though, I agree.

The French government likely didn't want to draw too much attention to the fact that their agents were in on the sex trafficking.
