Sarah's real name?

Probably as contested a subject as the ending (okay, maybe not). IIRC her father kept changing names for conman purposes. She didn't see her mom until a few years afterwards when she had changed her name to Sarah. Guessing it stuck.

Not to mention a widely held belief that Sam is not actually her real name. Fedak spoke in the podcast about a scene from an episode where her dog's name is revealed to be Sam. He throws in that the scene was shot but never released, but he seemed pretty solid on it not being her real name. Also of note, she gives her name as Sam in the episode "Chuck vs. the Fake Name."

Just one more example of how badly the Fedak and the writers really f'd up S3. I prefer to believe that she was playing Shaw the whole time and Sam isn't really her name. Make me feel MUCH better about the whole Sham thing.

As much as I love this show, I feel that around season four, they forgot that "Sarah Walker" was an alias and just decided that it was actually her name. It happened in several episodes and always made me cringe.
