Why all the hate?

I'm sick of the happy endings in every movie or tv series!! In the middle of season 5 I had a scenario in my mind about them faking their death and leave to protect their friends and family and only Elli to find out the truth. After the "memory loss" incident" I would be really dissapointed if in the end there was another happy ending!! It would be really fake if Sarah "magically" gained her memory. I, too, wanted to see them live happily together but life isn't all about happy endings. That wasn't my first reaction but now I'm really satisfied with the ending.

The problem I had was with the Intersect negatively affecting Morgan and Sarah like that. The finale itself was good. They did everything a finale should. They were just getting themselves out of a spot they shouldn't have been in to begin with.

I still blame this on them shoehorning in guest stars by making the plots fit them rather than the other way around. A lot of people were annoyed with Linda Hamilton as Chuck's mother, but I thought Carrie-Ann Moss was even worse as Verbanski. She and Angus MacFayden (and Timothy Dalton's second-half appearance) were definitely the case of trying to revolve the plots to fit them rather than writing the plots and getting the right people to play them.
